Why does the sunset cruise always leave at 5 PM?
The 5 PM departure is the start of golden hour, which gives you two hours of the most beautiful Caribbean light before sunset. We will never move this time. It is what makes the private sunset cruise in Punta Cana exceptional, and it guarantees you the best light of the day every single evening.
Is the sunset cruise private to our group?
Yes. The catamaran is yours alone, with no strangers and no shared deck. Whether it is a honeymoon, an anniversary, or a celebration with friends, the boat, the champagne, and the sunset belong to your group only.
Is this good for a marriage proposal?
The sunset cruise is a beautiful backdrop on its own. If you want beach decoration, a Marry Me setup, and a hidden photographer to capture the moment, look at our Private Proposal Experience instead. It is purpose built for proposals and includes everything arranged in advance.
What food is served on the sunset cruise?
Grilled lobster bites, grilled shrimp, and a fresh fruit platter are all included, paired with premium champagne and the open bar. For a full dinner experience, we can arrange a private chef onboard for an extra fee. Message us on WhatsApp to add it.
Can we bring more than twenty guests?
Yes. The base price covers up to twenty guests, and you can add more at the per-person rate, up to one hundred. The private sunset catamaran works for an intimate couple or a large anniversary or corporate group.
How long is the sunset cruise in total?
About three hours door to door. That is thirty minutes for hotel pickup, two hours on the water for the cruise itself, and thirty minutes for drop-off. The golden hour sail is exactly two hours.
